Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellation. Cancelation within 12 hours , or "no-show" appointment will be charged 20% of the total appointment. Communication is important.
I provide extra time between clients to ensure thorough cleaning. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without communication may result in a shorter appointment for you or a no show fee. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
